The Canadians are smoother and more polished than theAmericans, hard to believe they’re a new pair! But both were great.

Flores & Wang are my favourites, but very deserved win for the Canadians. Martina really is one of those "born to skate pairs" girls.

Ariano Kent/Laliberte Laurent - love her dress, his shirt is meh. Bit crashy on the 3tw. SBS 2a+2a - really nice! Strong lift, though I still don't like her tilted air position. Throw 3lo - smooth! Really strong death spiral. SBS 3s - both had a hand down, I think. Nice second lift. Throw 3s - teensy bit low on the landing but fine otherwise. And there are your gold medalists.

I don’t know about you guys but I absolutely despise the ISU’s big-yellow-lettered graphics on program home pages…they used to be so elegant in past years…now it’s:

“STRIKING”
“UNFORGETTABLE”
“MESMERIZING”

How about just writing “Woman’s Short Program”?

Is the ISU looking for POW-WOW Manga graphics?

I don't know what their thought process this year with the JGP graphics was but, I don't disagree with you about not being much of a fan of them.

They probably watched the Mr. Beast video on the importance of a good thumbnail.

I've just started to watch Pairs, and, admittedly, I'm easily amused, but I was watching the Italian Pair when I realized that the "switch" prompts in the SBS Pairs spins can compliment the music really well, and you'd almost believe they were part of the score.
