How long do we have to wait for GP assignments?

Sigh. Another Asian comp I watch on replay in the morning. These 13-hour time differences just don’t work.
I can deal with the 16-hr time difference here on the West Coast since that means the Pairs SP and Dance RD & FD start at a reasonable hour the night before and the Pairs FS isn't sooooo early in the morning to make it impossible to watch live. But, the Men and the Women are going to be a pass for me in the live pbp threads, lol.

It's not better for me, either, because I'm in the central zone. It will be an 18 hr. time difference for me.

Okay, @Karen-W. Let's say that the figure skating began at 12 P.M. Eastern time. Then it would begin at 11 a.m. central for me, and 9 a.m. pacific time for you.

So if it begins at 16 hours pacific time for you, I have to add two hours to that making it 18 hours central and 19 hours eastern time. At least I think it's that way.

I think you're right! I got mixed up with these time zones!
It's still not much better - maybe worse - with the 14-hr difference. I can at least go to bed at a reasonable hour after the pairs and dance competitions for the most part.

If you're using military time, then yes?

All I know is that Taipei is 16 hours ahead of Pacific time. Thank goodness Worlds is an easy time conversion for all of us in North America this season and next season!

As I posted above, this time zone converter will help you do the conversion between Taipei and your location: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

For example, 10 p.m. on Friday, February 16 in the Eastern Time Zone would be 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 17 in Taipei.

The event takes place before some of us move to Daylight Saving Time at 2 a.m. on March 10th.

Does anyone else loathe those color-coded PDF schedules as much as I do? I go cross-eyed trying to read the things, and that's before I even start trying to convert the times.
I don't have a problem with them - I am used to the use of colours for the 4 disciplines and the solid colour blocks for practices with the "framing" colour use for competition.

I wish they’d reverse… framing for practice, solid for competition, as my eyes are drawn to the solid.
Yes. I don't mind the colors. I actually use the ISU's colors when saving events to my calendar after I've done the time conversions.

Is the event going to be streamed by Peacock? If Peacock isn't streaming, will the ISU youtube channel be showing it? Sadly I've lost track of where this will be shown!
