The event, for all four disciplines plus Synchro is taking place in conjunction with the Sectional Series for Novice and Pre-Novice skaters. There will be a live stream from each of the two rinks:
Skate Ontario has been training commentators for their streams - read more here: https://skateontario.org/skate-ontario- ... tary-team/

The Entries, Start Orders and Results are available here: https://skateontario.org/results/24NOV/index.htm

Event schedule: https://skateontario.org/wp-content/upl ... Oct-31.pdf

I understand that a decision was made to go back to the "old" scoring/data system and results may only be available "after the fact".

How did Roman look in his season debut/after his injury?
I didn't see all of it due to someone ringing my doorbell and I couldn't pause and rewatch but I thought he looked good and the program was quite "intense".

According to the start order, they are skating in groups of 4-5-5. There is a flood going on presently.

P.S. Caitlyn Kukulowicz skated in the recent Harvard show.

Medland Spence opened with a huge double axel with a difficult entry. She had a turn between the jumps in the combo (3flip 2 toe) but fell on her 3loop.

I haven't seen Amelia Orzel skate in a while. She had a hand down on her triple lutz double toe combo and landed her triple loop and double axel. And that's Kaetyln Osmond with her.

I didn't catch the name of the commentator but he keeps saying ladies instead of women. He's very positive when talking about the skaters during the replays though and doesn't talk during the program.

ETA the commentator is Mazin Thomas. I'm not familiar with him.

I'm not familiar with Stephanie Katopodis but she landed a very nice triple lutz double toe and a triple flip. I don't remember seeing her skate before.

Ontario gets 15 spots for the challenge, so theoretically all of these women will advance provided they reached the TES minimum of 40 points in the free skate (not necessarily at this event but any event since July 1st).

Roccatani had a couple of problems, stepping out on the triple toe and singling the axel. But she did mange to get her combination in after the triple flip. ETA the kiss and cry camera is on but she's not there.

Bombardier had a decent skate, clean triple lutz double toe and double axel but hands down on the triple flip. It looks like she had trouble on the combo spin but she did some really cool positions on her flying camel.
ETA she's barely ahead of Medland-Spence and her TES was lower than I expected so I wonder how costly that spin error was.
