I had the same issue.
Try clicking the "Live Streaming Videos" button on top of the website and it should be there. The problem I'm having now is that it's saying "player error". Stream is working now for me

I am getting the same message. I also purchased the 2 day pass for Thursday and Friday and am now getting the message that I need to purchase a 1 day pass.

I don't seem to find a way to contact them except for arranging for other services.
This isn't working for me either. I just emailed [email protected] and will see if anything changes. How frustrating, especially after paying $25.

I followed ptvvibezz advice and clicked on the "livestreaming videos" at the top of the website and the video started playing. It is mislabeled as Skate Milwaukee but is actually the Junior Cup! Hope this helps. Oh, you got the message! Yes, love skating!

Yay! I figured out how to watch today, haven’t figured out replays but will figure that out later. I don’t think I will be able to watch the Junior Women live today so I will need to go back and watch!

I've got a nice view of the beach, sitting indoors watching skating! Martynov had a gorgeous triple loop and flip. Too bad about all the other mistakes.

Only making my campaign argument for him to switch to pairs stronger...

Wow, Beck Strommer! I never heard of him before but he's definitely one to watch. Such gorgeous, smooth skating, nice height on jumps, fast spins. I really enjoyed seeing him skate. He also looked thrilled.

After group 2 Beck Strommer leads 186.57 (128.59 in FS), followed by Taira Shinohara (who skated to an instrumental piece then Japanese song/female vocal) 174.71 and 'Sasha' Fegan 173.20 who skated to last season's POTO ("Phantasia" featuring violinist Sarah Chang).

"Happy Kirk" Haugeto is in 5th (behind Martynov who skated to a les Miz medley) - he started with Middle Eastern hands and, no surprise, the Aladdin OST (songs were "Arabian Nights" & "Friend Like Me") is his music! :D

I hope that Kirk is still happy. From Rigoletto to Aladdin. Not sure that the JrGP is in the cards this year.

Triple Axel attempts today by 5 (eta) 6 of the 15 men (ETA so the 4 who are more likely to get a JGP, IMO, aside from Murzin):

Daniil Murzin (has aged out of ISU Junior this season): 3A+1Eu+3S (12.8 BV -0.8 GOE = 13 points); he also landed a 4S (turned out) in his POTO FS.

Jacob Sanchez landed his opening 3A+2A (11.3 BV + 0.8 GOE = 13.1 pts) but then popped his 2nd 3A plus too many other pops today. :( His dramatic FS music sounded really familiar (used by many skaters) but I blanked out the title/artist... anybody?

Michael Xie fell out of his 3A (-3.20 GOE) - based on his 2 consistent skates here I expect him to get one of the early JGPs.

Kai Kovar fell on his one 3A (his FS music is a slow-ish male cover of Coldplay's "Fix You").

Daniel Martynov popped what I assume was his opening 3A. He didn't looked trained enough for this comp. - a shame because he skated very well in his 10th place debut at 2023 Junior Worlds.

I really hope Beck Strommer gets one of the early JGPs based on the results here despite not having a 3A.

ETA on June 8 that I forgot to mention Nicholas Brooks who fell out of his opening 3A (new jump for him in comp.) in his FS to “Standards” & “Go Crazy” by Leslie Odom Jr.

Highlight of group 1 was Teryn Kim - she leads with 151.55, 110.03 in her FS to classical ballet music (wearing a pink tutu & white gloves) and she stood up on all of her jump attempts (with some likely underotations, like her opening 3F+3T). Nice job! :)

She had a cute Blackpink SP, glad to see her do well in the free!

So, I'm guessing Elyce will be given 2 assignments, and possibly also Annika - both should receive early JGPs, with Mia Kalin and Sarah Everhardt getting 1 each to start out with, then we'll just have to wait and see how any extra spots pan out and some of the others like Josephine, Soho, Cleo and Logan do in some of the upcoming NQS comps.
