I don't understand the logic to do the combo as second element. You get no bonus but have no wriggle room to do the combo jump if it goes wrong

I don't care where she finishes as I never expected a major championship win and she's exceeded my expectations there, but all I want for Gubanova are clean skates. She's been a favorite since she was a junior. Her season has been awful this year so I'm very happy she pulled it together today.

I have nothing to say about Loena's programs except she's better than that.

how Gubanova got more PCS with her slow skating and not really inspired choreo compared to Pinzarrone whose program was full to the bursting with transitions, I never know... (but to be fair, Pinzarrone needs to work on speed as well)
